Our Original Salsa, is a traditional blended salsa roja that has a bold flavor and texture which makes for the ideal chip dip, as well as an excellent gourmet cooking sauce.  Our recipe contains a mix that combines the flavor profiles of juicy ripe tomatoes, with the spice and aroma of fresh green onions, garlic and other spices that hold true to our finely tuned family recipe.  We roast all our Jalapenos prior to using them in our salsas, which allows the peppers to sport a beautiful smoky taste, and scent with a mellowed spiciness that we believe makes our Original Salsa so irresistible.
