The Sauce That Started It All

I began making this Salsa for parties and get-togethers. Original Salsa was inspired by family recipes and the Mexican food that I grew up around. This a traditional blended Salsa Roja that features a bold flavor and smooth texture which makes for an ideal chip dip as well as an excellent gourmet cooking sauce.

Flavor Ripe tomato zest with an aromatic touch of fresh garlic, green onions and Mexican spices. Fire roasted Jalapenos sport a subtle smoky taste and a mellow spiciness.

Perfect Pairings: Carne Asada, Ground Beef, Ribeye steak, Chicken, Eggs, Bacon, Shrimp, Tilapia, Cheddar Cheese, Queso Fresco, Rice, Cucumber.
