What you'll need:

1/2 Cup of flour

1/2 Cup of Salsa Garcia Enchilada Sauce

Ball of pizza dough from your local grocery store, we use Market of Choice dough.

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or your preference of protein)

Cheddar Cheese
-
Mozzarella Cheese
-
Pizza Stone or Flat Baking Sheet

Rolling Pin
-
Veggies (Your choice) Jalapenos recommended
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees or the temperature directed on the dough that you use. Spread your flour on a flat surface and roll your dough on top to cover the entire ball while softening with your hands. Once the dough is workable, use a rolling pin to flatten the ball out into a pie shape approximately 16 inches across in diameter. Using your index finger fold the corners of the dough to give yourself an elegant crust. Heat your Enchilada Sauce in a small pot or in the microwave and spread a generous amount inside the crust. Finally lay down your cheese, veggies, protein and more cheese!
Place pizza in oven until golden brown, let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy!
