I began making this Salsa for parties and get-togethers. Original Salsa was inspired by family recipes and the Mexican food that I grew up around.
Oringal Salsa
Our Original Salsa, is a traditional blended salsa roja that has a bold flavor and texture which makes for the ideal chip dip, as well as an excellent gourmet cooking sauce. Our recipe contains a mix that combines the flavor profiles of ripe juicy tomatoes, with the spice and aroma of fresh green onions, garlic and other spices that hold true to our finely tuned family recipe. We roast all our Jalapenos prior to using them in our salsa, which allows the peppers to sport a beautiful smoky taste, and scent with a mellowed spiciness that we believe makes our Original Salsa so irresistible.

Salsa Verde
Our Salsa Verde is unlike any salsa you will ever try. You will fall in love with this tangy tomatillo blend. The Salsa Verde contains fire roasted jalapenos and has a zing that no one can quite put their finger on. Our Salsa Verde is the long-lost cousin of our Original Red Salsa. Just as our Original Salsa, this one makes an excellent chip dip. Its tanginess makes for a great guacamole and adds the perfect juicy tang to any kind of poultry or pork

Enchilada Sauce
I hold our enchilada recipe dear to my heart, because it is my mother’s recipe. Growing up, homemade enchiladas were my mother’s “go-to” dinner that she would make for all our birthdays. This sauce is a savory mild blend of California Chiles and fine corn meal. It goes great on any meat, rice, beans and of course enchiladas. Heat it up and experience a mouthwatering flavor that will blow you away.

Tamales
Salsa Garcia’s Tamales has stolen many hearts and they are unlike any other. Take one bite into the soft, warm, fluffy handmade masa and you’ll see why. Typical Salsa Garcia tamale is filled with bold zesty marinated pork or beef, wrapped up in a subtle sweet cornmeal outer layer, with flavors of the southwest, steamed through its core. Salsa Garcia’s Vegetarian and Vegan tamales are also a big hit. Homemade vegetable stock gives the masa a soft wholesome flavor, that blends perfectly with the fiery green Chile and Cheese filling. For my Vegan friends we have pinto bean, black bean tamale that will rock your world. Tamales are sold frozen by the half dozen and just like a Garcia family dinner, portions are substantial to say the least.
